2013 Goal – Visit to David Orr, Putting Guru

Hoping to make visit to learn more about putting instruction from David Orr this year!

GolfWRX did a great article a week or so about David Orr, and this article really connected with me:

At the same time I read this article, I was also listening to an audio book about the presentation skills that Steve Jobs used in his presentations.  There seems to me to be a link between the two – and that is passion about what you are doing.  Commitment to learning for the sake of learning.  Not caring so much about money, caring a lot about having a vision for how you would like to see things be.

I hope that I have some of that related to helping golfers improve their putting.  So one of my "mini bucket list" items for 2013 is to pay a visit to David and learn from him, so I can become better at helping golfers putt better and enjoy their games more.

This will happen, assuming I can find a time on his busy schedule.  Will let you know the results!
