- Richard talks about what first attracted him to his initial traditional golf instructor career.
- He decided to start creating DIFFERENT experiences for golfers age 4 to 12, and so to create the Discover Golf games. He talks about how this career transition came about.
- The Discover Golf games are based on some specific Design Philosophies, and Richard shares some of these design philosophies.
- He discusses some of the processes he uses for creating Discover Golf games.
- Creating Rules of Play are a very important part of the success of the Discover Golf games, and Richard talks about how he creates these rules.
- He also discusses the importance of nurturing the role of the Teachers who deliver and use the Discover Golf games.
- Richard finally shares some of the things that excite him about the experiences kids get who have been exposed to Discover Golf – and talks a little about the new Table Top King Putt Game that has just been released.
