Interview with Ryan Dailey and Matt Reagan – creators of the Operation 36 Golf Program, and authors of the new book How To Create A Junior Golfer.
- Ryan and Matt share some of their personal golf stories, and how they decided to connect with and work with each other.
- They talk about what I call their Big Fail – where they used a more traditional model for teaching and working with golfers. And how this “fail” was what started them down the road to develop their successful Operations 36 Golf Program.
- They share some of the general principles of Operation 36 – and also the other “nuts and bolts” processes that help create the successful Operation 36 learning environment.
- It is interesting that now about 50% of the golfers who do Operation 36 are adults! Ryan and Matt discuss that, and also the important role that nurturing parents have in the program.
- Finally – Ryan and Matt each share what has surprised them the most about Operation 36, and why they suggest that golfers, parents, and golf coaches will benefit by reading their new book.
