The Pasadena Clubfitter, Tom Wishon Golf, and FST Golf Shafts Score!
Bob Williams is an AGCP Level 10 Qualified Clubfitter, owner of the Pasadena Clubfitter. Yesterday evening he sent this note to the AGCP forum about a great experience he had on the golf course:
"I had a first ever happen to me today. I was playing 18 holes with a customer and we picked up a twosome to make it a full group. I was hitting my new Wishon 575's shafted with FST 90 shafts. The one member of the twosome kept looking at them and on the 6th hole he asked if he could hit one. Of course I said yes and he preceeded to hit one into the green on every hole and on the 18th said "you aren't getting these back, what do I owe you?" I told him I would rather fit him with a new set he said NO WAY and gave me my full price and took them home. WOW! Bob"
I talked with Bob last night after he sent this note. It turns out that Bob is about to go to a USGTF golf instruction training class and was planning to take his new 575s with him to use for his on-course PAT test for getting Level III certification. Guess he will have to use an old set of clubs…..
