ACCRA Golf supports custom club fitters and golf game improvement!

Ten years ago, ACCRA Golf "opened it's doors" with a goal of being a go-to golf shaft company for custom club fitters.  Today they held the 9th Annual ACCRA Demo DAY before the start of the PGA Equipment Show.  More than 130 of the world's best custom club fitters attended.  We were treated to a day of learning about present and new ACCRA shaft products, and also learned about their efforts to improve the quality of all of the shafts they produce. 

ACCRA clearly means what they say when they say they care about custom fitters. They offer two main shaft lines – their own ACCRA brand wood and iron shafts, and the well-known KBS steel shafts.  Only custom fitters can buy the ACCRA shaft line. They have developed a "constant flex technology" approach for their wood shafts.  For a given shaft flex, the shaft flex profile will be the same whether a golfer is hitting a 55 gram shaft or an 85 gram shaft.  So you can, for example, play with a 65 gram driver shaft, 75 gram fairway wood shafts, and 85 gram hybrid shafts that all have the same flex feel.

There are a number of PGA Tour professionals who are successfully using ACCRA golf shafts in their clubs.  They are definitely worth learning about and hitting – thanks ACCRA for what you do for custom fitters and golfers!
