LONG LONG Overdue!!
Something quietly happened in the world of golf a few weeks ago that I think will have a major influence on the ability of both female and male golfers to play their best.
This was the announcement that statistics and analytics will be collected for golfers on the LPGA tour. READ THIS LINK!
Why has this taken so long – don’t know. But it is going to promote golfers to play their best for these reasons…
- Instead of just watching the wonderful play on the LPGA tour, we will now know all kinds of things about how they perform – Strokes Gained data for every element of their games.
- Females who aspire to play at ANY level will have a better sense of the things they can to to play their best.
- The data will be great for many male golfers – we can all learn from knowledge of the LPGA playing statistics.
