- Kent shares some about his Personal Story – his career in the Executive Coaching field, helping professional hockey players, and when he started to love playing golf!
- He discusses what led him to write the Scratch Attitude eBook.
- A major premise of his book is that golfers cannot THINK positive when they feel NEGATIVE about their games and shots. Kent talks about the importance of this premise.
- He shares the difference between playing in the Peak Performance Zone (PPZ) and playing in the Peak Play Zone (PpZ) – and that recreational golfers should strive for playing in the PpZ Zone.
- Kent’s definition of Confidence is wonderful! Confidence is an EMOTIONAL State that Increases or Decreases Depending on How You Manage Your Memories. He talks about the value of Creating Rituals and Writing Down Your Best Shots in a Journal – and Reliving Them.
- He discusses the value of golfers really understanding and embracing their Personal WHY for why they play golf – and how they can use this knowledge on the golf course.
