- My right knee – from 1969 basketball injury to first surgery in 1977 – to Dr. Yeomans in the mid 1990s – to November 2022 – to January 30 replacement surgery.
- Some Lessons Learned – Patience, do not compare with others, create great relationship with physical therapy people, do the work!
- Major Mistakes – elevate knee as much as possible, learn to walk correctly with new knee!
- Surprises! – My left heel pain is gone (why?) – how much was I favoring right knee in the past (in life, in golf?).
- The Future – Successfully finish Physical Therapy, start Strength Conditioning Mobility program and exercises using Mike Carroll Fit For Golf program and process.
